In Grass Valley, California, on a wooded hillside along Wolf Creek, two new communities are coming into being. This multiphase project is called Wolf Creek Village. It's a special spot that feels secluded, like it is miles out, but is in fact within a couple blocks walking distance to 2 large grocery stores, several retail stores, banks, gym and many restaurants. The site is nearly 8 acres, a third of which has been set aside as an undisturbed green belt.

Construction will begin in late-2009 on Phase I, Wolf Creek Lodge, a senior-cohousing community for active adults.  Please check www.wolfcreeklodge.org for more information.

Our family-friendly community will be built in subsequent phases.  Construction is planned to begin in 2010 on the first 20 homes of the intergenerational  part of the neighborhood, Wolf Creek Commons.

You can now join us with less financial risk...

Due to current instability surrounding housing, we have created a new, low-risk way to join our community.
You can now place your cash deposit into an interest-bearing escrow account that will be released to the project when our phase of Wolf Creek Village receives construction funding. If construction financing is not secured by a date certain, your depoist will be fully refunded.

Our Vision Statement

We are a cohousing community of caring, creative people living together in peace, joy, and love in an affordable, sustainable, and harmonious environment.  Through consensus we create and maintain a participatory and collaborative balance between our diverse individual members and the community.  We appreciate and nurture the earth, our neighbors, and each other.
